All prices shown are in UK pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are confident that you will find our products to the highest quality in every way. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from ‘EcoBallsDirect.co.uk’, simply return within 30 days in its original condition and the product cost will be refunded in full – Please note that we cannot refund any return postage costs.
We will refund the cost of any item damaged in transit or found to be faulty, together with postage and packing costs, providing this is returned to us via Royal Mail within fourteen working days of receipt of order. If returning a product to us, please email [email protected] with the details before doing so.
All refunds will be processed within fourteen working days.
Customer Complaints
We aim to offer an efficient and courteous service to our customers. It is our policy to acknowledge all orders and notify you upon despatch. If our service falls below that to which you have a right to expect, or you have any suggestions for the improvement of this site, please email us at [email protected].
If you unhappy with the service you recieve from EcoBallsDirect.co.uk, please contact us immediately in order that we can rectify the situation. All emails we be responded to within 3 days. We will also keep you informed of everything we are doing to correct the situation until the problem has been resolved.
